The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NEET UG 2024 results today, July 20, city and centre-wise. Candidates who took the exam can check their results on the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.
The Supreme Court directed the NTA to publish the results while keeping the candidates’ identities hidden to avoid any issues related to the recent paper leak news.
To download the NEET 2024 scorecard, candidates need to visit the official website, find the “NEET Scorecard” link on the homepage, enter the required details, and submit them to view their scorecard. It’s essential to download and save the scorecard for future reference after verifying the details.
The NEET scorecard will include key details like the candidate’s name, roll number, application number, category, overall score, percentile score, category rank, and qualifying status. It will also display the candidate’s All India Rank.
This year, nearly 23 lakh candidates appeared for NEET UG. The decision to release the results was made by the bench on Thursday, July 18. The next court hearing is scheduled for Monday at 10:30 am and is expected to conclude before lunch.
The bench, including Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, questioned the Centre’s claim that the alleged question paper leak in Hazaribagh occurred just an hour before the exam, calling it far-fetched.
