CBSE has recently revised the syllabus for Class 12th History. In this article, we provide a comprehensive list of topics that have been removed from each unit and chapter. The updated CBSE History syllabus for the academic year 2023-24 consists of 4 units, with the first three units titled “Themes in Indian History Part-I, II, and III,” carrying 25 marks each. The fourth unit focuses on Maps and is allocated 5 marks. Each of the three units comprises 4 chapters, making the theory paper worth a total of 80 marks. Additionally, 20 marks are dedicated to project work.
